We know that breakdowns can occur and often at the most inconvenient times. At RxMed, we have technicians on hand 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week to assist customers that have purchased a product from RxMed. Unlike most Mobility Dealers, we don’t display a closed sign. If your experiencing a problem, give us a call and we’ll try and walk you through a fix on the phone. If that doesn’t work, one of our technicians will make arrangements to service your product at your location or to have your product delivered to our service department for repairs.
If required, we can provide a temporary courtesy replacement for your use while the repairs are being completed. If applicable written estimate for any charges on repairs or parts will be provided to you for approval prior to any work commencing.
Battery replacement is the most common type of service poawerchairs and scooters require. We sell and install AGM or GEL sealed deep-cycle batteries. Be safe and secure with the optimized performance that brand-new batteries can offer. Battery replacement can be done at your location in order to get you up and running as soon as possible.
